Children's Liturgy of the Word

Liturgy of the Word with Children is a worship experience geared especially for children ages 5 years old - 4th grade and 4 year olds who are accompanied by an adult. It mirrors the worship experience of the larger community, with a style that is engaging and interactive. The Word of God has a message that is relevant and fitting for children as it is for adults. The children, however, often fail to hear the message simply because the adult vocabulary is beyond their comprehension. Liturgy of the Word with children offers an experience for the children to hear the Scriptures in words they understand and to help them apply God's Word in their life

A team of adult volunteers leads Children's Liturgy of the word during the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM Sunday Masses. If you would like to help out with this ministry please email Amy Duncan.
